Plan F - This is the most comprehensive plan.  It will pay for all of the deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance costs that Original Medicare does not cover.

Plan G - This plan works just like the Plan F, except the only out of pocket expense besides your monthly premium is the $183 annual deductible for Medicare Part B.

Plan N - This plan works just like the Plan G, except with the additional out of pocket expense of: up to $20 co-pays for office visits, and up to $50 co-pays for emergency room visits.
